In this case, stereotyped expert terms are appropriate. Many buzzwords and acronyms that prove the return on marketing investment in the world are quite vague, and you are probably at least not familiar with some of them. This can make ROI reporting a confusing experience. When I encounter a file full of jargon, I don't know or understand, I will quit soon. I know that I am not alone.
